It’s very important that exterior windows are only cleaned by skilled, qualified workers who are fully aware of the relevant Health and Safety requirements. Many offices have a lot of interior glass – not only the main windows but also glass partition walls, interior windows and glass doors. We’ll clean these windows for you on a regular basis as part of your agreed cleaning schedule.

Note: When there are smokers in the house, smoke residues often adhere to glass surfaces. In some cases, additional charges will apply for internal cleaning where these residues must be removed.
Builders Cleans
We offer a full bulders clean service, removing tape and stickers, cement, plaster, paint and many other forms of dirt from the glass and frames of new builds.
Scratched glass in new construction has become a major issue for both us and our clients. The majority of damage to glass in new build homes can be attributed to 3 major contributors:
- Poor quality glass, often with manufacturing “fines” or debris that cause scratches when removed.
- Damage due to insufficient protection during transport and fitting.
- Damage on-site from sub-contractors. Masons and plasterers are often the worst offenders.
Because of these factors, we require a “scratched glass” waiver to be signed before we commence any work of this kind.
Our Advice
Cleaning your windows with household glass cleaners or even furniture polish will leave waxy residues and smears that are very hard to remove. Clean glass with warm soapy water only and polish with a clean lint free cloth.
